SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer tracked international shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

* Australia & USA: 7–12 business days
* Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
* Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience minor delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or local postal service factors.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mydimisoul@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Dimi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
